It is my Honor to nominate Matthew Schwartz to serve as Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York. Matt graduated with Honors from Princeton University and Columbia Law School, later clerking for Justice Samuel Alito on both the Supreme Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
