I am pleased to nominate Courtney Coker to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Courtney has been a Federal Prosecutor for nearly 20 years, and is currently the First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. He has prosecuted some of the toughest criminal cases in the Country, including against cartels, foreign gangs, and drug and human traffickers.
