I am pleased to announce the nomination of Philip Aubart to the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina! Phil is currently the First Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of North Carolina, where he once served in the Office’s Violent Crimes Section, and is also a member of the U.S. Army JAG Corps.
